Tour Agenda:

The Factory Tour starts at 8.15 am with a quick meet and greet with your hosts followed by joining all staff members at our Daily Morning Meeting.

After the meeting the tour will then take you through the factory showcasing Lean processes and principles at every step of the way.

Applied staff will walk you through their Kaizen Improvements – Gemba Docs – Kanban Cards – Poke Yoke – Just in time – and how quality is built into every process.

These Principles will showcase efficiencies gained and time saved through Lean practices.

The tour finishes at 11.30 am with some refreshments and a before and after video to generate a conversation about the obstacles and pitfalls we experienced that we want to pass on.

We love to invite other businesses and we also love to tour other facilities as we gain so much information that help us to improve every day.

We are passionate about spreading the lean Culture to other companies and showing its not impossible to implement lean in your factory.
